• Estimated Delivery Time: International shipping generally takes 7–15 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your local customs processing and postal service.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations
• Shipping Fees: LONOO offers Free Worldwide Shipping on orders over $70. For orders under $70, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: LONOO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
• Tracking Information: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
• Real-time Updates: The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.

4. Delivery Issues
• Damages: LONOO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
